Ames Listing Manager
The listing manager can help you to organize and prioritize your real estate search. You can save properties and searches, and you’ll be notified when new properties come on the market that fit your search results. To use it, either log in here, or sign up here if you don’t yet have a free account.

You should take the time to fill the search form all the way out. The more specific you are, the more your results will help you narrow down your search. If you are looking for a specific feature like a swimming pool, a certain number of acres, or a specific school district, try the advanced search. Press “search” when you’re ready, as pictured below.

Narrow down your results further if you would like by changing your search parameters. When you’re satisfied that you’re getting what you want, click the “save search” link.

Clicking on “my saved searches” will show you the information you set up, and allow you to change it. The links on the bottom will show you new matches, if any, that have come onto the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) lately. This will help keep ahead of the crowd when you’re looking for just the right home.

The “save property” button will record a property that interests you. Every time you log back into the listings manager, it will be there along with your saved searches. If you ask Mark Greenfield to help you out, he’ll be able to view your saved properties when discussing your options.

That’s all there is to it! If you need further assistance searching the MLS, please let Mark Greenfield answer your questions over the phone. He can be reached using this simple contact form.
